F.T. Island was stuck in the Phillippines due to the typhoon that hit. On the 25th, the group went to Cebu, Phillippines to film their new MV. They met a huge storm and were isolated while heading there. F.T. Island arrived in the Phillippines the next day, and the typhoon ‘Ketsana’ hit the country. On the 27th, it’s been reported that 72 people are missing or dead, and there are a total of 250 000 victims. It is the worst storm in the Phillippines in 40 years.

F&C Music, F.T. Island’s managment company, attempted to contact the group and their staff in the Phillippines, but due to the storm, the locals lines were dead. F&C Music became worried and impatient trying to contact them to ensure their safety. Finally, late on the 27th, both sides were able to get in touch. Luckily, the location of which the group is staying is not affected greatly by the storm.

With the storm, their schedule for their MV filming has been delayed. There had been plans to film on aircrafts but no longer can they do so. Also, it had been planned to be a 4 days 3 nights filming, but now, it’s to be rushed to be filmed within 2 days through the night. They have planned to return today (28th).

Thank god the boys are okay! When I first read about it, I was like o.o I hope the victims of the storm will be alright as well.
